The Vollrath 49445 Miramar® au gratin combines an attractive appearance with a functional and durable 3-ply construction. Its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel with a satin finish, and its handles have a mirrored surface. To make the pan compatible with any range type, including induction, it has a stainless steel exterior layer, and its aluminum core promotes even heating.
