Finished with Silvinox® surface treatment, this Dutch oven resists discoloration and retains its sleek appearance over time. Safe for use on induction cooktops, it’s also oven and broiler safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and dishwasher safe for simplified cleanup. This round vessel holds 8 9⁄10 quarts and measures 11 inches in diameter by 5 5⁄8 inches high.
